An intraoral scanner replaces impression material, with digital design of the pieces and production by milling and 3D printing.
At Guandalini Odontologia the digital workflow is complete. The patient is scanned, the case is planned in software, and the piece is produced in our own laboratory, GD Lab, at the same address.
The heart of the laboratory is the Coritec 150i, a compact, high-precision 5-axis mill. Without relying on outside labs, prostheses are ready faster, and any adjustment is made on the spot.
The same workflow produces guided surgeries: 3D planning defines the position, angulation and depth of every implant before the procedure, and the surgical guide arrives ready for surgery.

Tomography, scanning and 3D planning define the implant in advance. The guide directs the drill, with more precision and comfort.
5-axis machining for precisely fitting prostheses, produced in-house.
Generates no heat and works in a minimally invasive way. It helps with hemostasis, reduces swelling and postoperative pain, and decontaminates gum pockets.
Light, safe sedation for patients with fear or anxiety: you stay relaxed, awake and breathing on your own.
Imaging support in facial harmonization, which adds safety during the procedure.
